"Well situated in the city. Street parking was not a problem. Thw mattress was quite hard and uncomfortable. The breakfast was ok."

"We got to the hotel and there was no one at the réception to Check is in. We had to wait a bit before someone came to take care of us. There was no cold water in the sink faucet nor the shower. It is summer and no one uses hot water only. Terrible experience to shower with boiling water when the temperature outside is about 30 to 35 Celsius."

"Since we arrived, our suite was occupied by other people.. which’s not convenient to us and we have to find 2 different rooms instead of one room because we were a family of 4 people !. The responsible was a quite good by making sure we were satisfied. AC wasn’t functioning properly !. Specially in our suite !. Service was outstanding , specially I would shout out to Youssef, Youness, Jalal and Hicham a big thanks for their service !. Food in the breakfast was delicious but we ordered a dinner...

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans l'ensemble. Le personnel est très gentil et serviable. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré en mettant plutôt du pain ou des crêpes marocaines. La chambre était confortable mais l'odeur qui venait de la salle de bain n'était pas très agréable. C'est peut-être uniquement propre à la chambre du rez de chaussée donnant sur la rue. La qualité de l'hébergement est très largement correcte pour le prix."

"Pros : Nice Riad - has been renovated meticulously and beautifully . Nice roof top view. Staff -very nice , helpful and polite . "An exceptional resort! The hotel staff are gracious and accommodating. They know your name when they speak to you with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and well-kept. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The food is delicious. The wines are amazing. I can't say enough good things about Chateau Roslane. But most of all, it's the staff. They wowed me. I was treated so graciously that I immediately felt at home. I'll definitely be going back to this five star resort!"
