"What a beautiful, private, comfortable peaceful and so many positive adjectives I could use to describe our stay. We went to bed with no siren and traffic sounds from the city and woke up with the songs of birds. Recommend this place for people who need a get away from the hustling of a busy life. "We were very fortunate to find this property in the wonderful Silvermines for a quick weekend trip over to Ireland. It is such a beautifully finished, well-appointed property to use as a base for travel further around Ireland, or to enjoy the peaceful countryside from in its own right. Karin is a fantastic host who could not have been more amenable and hospitable. We very much hope to return in the near future."

"This property is truly beyond amazing. The accommodations were extremely comfortable. The amenities that the host provided were perfect for our needs. Eggs bread milk on hand for our first meal. The location just outside Kilmallock (a beautiful historic town) was perfect for day trips to Tipperary, Limerick, Cork and Kerry. "Very quaint cottage in a peaceful setting. We loved seeing the farmer gather his cows each morning as well as enjoying the sounds of he birds by the feeder. Being so rural, it took a little drive to get to any major roadway, but we quickly figured out the best routes. The cottage had many nice little amenities such as instant coffee, tea, seasonings, even fries in the freezer. Owner was very responsive when we had a question and gave us suggestions of things to do and where to eat in the area....

"The house was lovely, clean, well furnished (in a way that makes you feel like you’re visiting somewhere special), and spacious. We loved waking up in the morning to the spectacular views and returning home after sight seeing to a company friendly kitchen and comfortable living room. The hosts who passed off the keys were an added treat: gave us the inside scoop to get away from more touristy attractions to more local ones, and made us feel like we were friends."

"The accommodations are relaxing and beautiful. The town and nearby Nenagh have what you need. Hickey's Bar across the street is a wonderful place to meet the nicest people. Highly recommend staying here at Paul and Karen's place in Silvermines. Karen's friendly reception and initial information set the tone for a great visit!"

"Clean hotel , I liked it very much only complains I have are I arrived there early and they said they would try to get room as soon as possible but they took several several hours even after telling me room was almost ready several times. Also gym says closes at 10 but the front desk gym associate told me 9:40 and they turn off the lights on you at 9:40 "
