「Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou」

「Overall we enjoyed our stay but there was a few things that took the edge off a perfect break. The shower in the en-suite bedroom leaked through the kitchen ceiling so we couldn’t use it which meant that nine of us had to use the one other shower! The French door/window in the lounge was difficult to open & close and the rain came in at the bottom right side and the carpet got wet and we couldn’t open the bi fold doors in the dining area. The cutlery wasn’t very clean so we had to wash it all...

「Amazing property and very clean. The only suggestion I would make is for the property management to email the access key information rather than text it to guests with international numbers. 「We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time.」

A very short walk into Lyme Regis with all its independent shops, cafes etc. The Town Mill and Lyme Regis Museum are well worth visiting. One thing to note, the parking at Homestead is tight as is mentioned in the description so take care.」
