「This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking.
This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn.

「The most wonderful hotel! We stayed in the whisky room, it was truly beautiful and I many small touches to make the stay extra special.
