Great location for hiking up to Tenjoyama Park with fabulous views of the lake and Mount Fuji. They could invest in an easier walk up the driveway to the hotel as it is very steep and could be considered moderately difficult. "

"The pictures made the accommodation look a lot better than it was. There is absolutely nothing around, you're in the middle of nowhere. We had to make our own beds upon arrival which isn't what you'd expect for the price. Disappointing in general, onsen was nice but far too hot. "
