Located on the borders of Touraine, in the heart of the castles of the Loire, in the historic village of Azay-le-rideau, Domaine Plessis Gallu dates back to the 14th and 18th centuries. Full of charm, the estate is nestled in lush greenery. Remodeled several times during its history, it is recently restored in 2017, to offer tourism customers, holiday rental prestigious apartments, upscale cottage located 700 m from the castle of Azay-le-rideau.

The owners, passionate about history and architecture, preserve the estate, including the castle and the 2-hectare park with century-old trees, and offer in seasonal rental, in the small hamlet of Domaine Plessis Gallu, 4 luxury apartments, endowed high-end services and a villa.

Ideally located, not far from the golf courses, riding schools, horseback riding, or by bike, this set of luxury cottage in Azay le rideau is suitable for the clientele of green tourism, sports, family, couple ….

The hamlet of the cottages is very bright thanks to its south east-west exposure and ground floor with views opening onto a large quiet garden and a sunny park of 20000m2, with trees and flowers of roses and overlooking the pool .

At 2:30 from Paris, and 25 km from Tours ,. The Domaine Plessis Gallu is also 2 hours from London, the airport of Tours being served by Ryanair. 

The Domaine Plessis Gallu is in the heart of the castles of the Loire 1. 5 km from the castle of Azay le Rideau, and the castle of Islette, 10km from the castle and gardens of Villandry It is close to the castles of Chinon, Rigny Ussé, Langeais … 30km from the Abbey of Fontevraud (Richard Lionheart and Aliénor of Aquitaine) 18 hole golf course at 15 km, tennis court and equestrian center at Azay le Rideau. Tolle Wohnung im Schloss

Wir haben hier eine tolle Woche verbracht, die Wohnung in einem alten Turm einer Schlossablage war top eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und hatte alles was das Herz begehrt. Hinzu kam, dass wir ganz alleine auf dem Gelände waren. Das Anwesen liegt am Ortsende aber man kann bequem zu Fuß ins Zentrum laufen.
