“Just smell not good, other things are OK”

“I like rain very much. My room is on the second floor. When it rains, I can hear the sound of raindrops falling on the roof, which is very helpful for sleeping. I like this sound very much. The transportation is convenient, the main road is when you go out, and there is a beach nearby, which is quite good.”

“Had to remind staff to clean room every other day. Our door was left open when we came back from our day out. Told desk and she said she would talk to the general manager, didn’t hear anything from them. The water stunk of supper smell, unable to drink it. Told three staff, nothing was said, not even offering bottled water. Told hot coffee and water was available 24/7 it was always cold. The fridge froze every thing solid in our room. The door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock, handle was broken.……

“Appliances and fixtures were updated. Rooms were clean. Highlight of the complex was the pool area which was very nice and landscaped. Upon arrival found security pin pad wasn't working. We were told someone would come by the next day to replace batteries. Never happened. Door lacked weather striping so insects were able to get in. Living room furniture was either old or uncomfortable or both. The loveseat was covered with some kind of uncomfortable vinal and the sides flipped up when you……

“People were very friendly. Beach access was excellent. We had limited hot water, restrooms off the pool areas were not clean and food was average.”

“The staff were excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The room itself was comfortable but a bit outdated, with limited outlets and no USB charging ports, which made it a little challenging to work and charge devices at the same time. Overall, fine for a family trip but not the best for a work trip.”

“We had a very nice room which had an ocean view and a balcony. The staff was very efficient and courteous. The only complaint we had was that it took a long period of time from ordering to getting the food in the restaurant. Otherwise a great place to stay.”

“I recently stayed at this resort and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean upon arrival, which immediately set a negative tone for the stay. There was a noticeable gap in the window that caused the wind to howl loudly throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. The condition of the bathroom was also unacceptable. The sink was cracked, and there was visible rust in both the toilet and the shower, which made the space feel poorly maintained and……
