Everything was fine until I received an email after checkout. I had cleaned the room and followed all checkout instructions. Then I immediately received an email informing me that I was now banned from all properties. I was accused of severely damaging the wall area behind my bed. Bottom line is I had taken a quick video of the room when I arrived which depicted the area of the room I was accused of damaging. It turns out the pictures indicated that I was accused of damage to a room I did not occupy. Issue was resolved in my favor but the accusation was disconcerting and careless.

The place was very clean and easy to walk to apartment. The only downside is that I didn't know who to ask to get toilet paper. I called the number and asked if I could get some. They said they would tell the person. I never received any. I bought a roll myself.

Great Price, Location and Comfort

Everything!! Ease in booking, notification of needed documents since this is a non-front desk or management office on the premises. This unit was clean and well equipped with needed items to make our stay comfortable. Great Location! Near downtown Jensen Beach with shops, restaurants, grocery stores and fishing pier. Best of all, you can't bet the pricing for the area. This will be my stay to place every time I'm in the area.

Great Location

Great location and very clean. Cleaning costs a little high when you need to remove your own trash, clean out fridge and do your own dishes before you leave. Also mattress could use some updating.

I would stay again.

Unfortunately fortunately when I arrived, someone was in the room assigned to me. Management was quick to re-assign me to a room I had previously stayed in (I preferred this room anyway). They also had issues with the room door code, but provided an alternative which was a tiny inconvenience. I like the location because of close proximity to the great restaurants, and beaches. Overall, I would stay at this place again.

While the complex itself is older, the apartment has been updated and was very comfortable. The furnishings and appliances are new and we had everything we needed. The pool is nice and well kept and there is also an outdoor area with tables and chairs where you can relax. I would stay here again!

The property was nice overall. However, even thought the room we had was a "smoke-free" room, you could still smell smoke. After leaving and getting home, all of our things still smelled of smoke. This was disappointing.
