「Stay was comfortable. Staff was friendly, room was big and very clean. Breakfast buffet was ok with limited options. Ordered dinner room service, quantity was less and taste was not that great. 」

「When I checked in the room was very hot & reeked smell of sweat. Later I noticed the the pillow covers & bed sheet to be smudged and the source of the smell. I had asked the staff to replace them & they lied that they replaced it. I will NOT stay here again !! 」

「The place is not worth the money. Their website photographs and actual state is very very different. The linen are with holes. Bathroom is stained bcos of hard water. Hot water is not available early in the morning. Room doesn't have coffee kettle set. I had to ask and then got a kettle without tea coffee sachets. Overall keep this as your last option. 」

「Carpets were dirty with many stains. Room had a bad odour. Windows glass pane was dirty. TV remote had missing cover for battery and keys not readable. Room service replaced it.Reception said they would change room but alternate rooms same condition. Food at restaurant was very good. Service at restaurant was excellent.」

「 I booked the hotel through hotel.com. The email show me the check out time is 23PM. I confused and checked through the counter. On the date they confirmed that I can check out at 23PM. But when I check out, they told me that I should check out before noon and ask me to pay additional 1 day. It is very bad experience!」
