She was very nice and very helpful, used a translator app which was very nice but obviously the exact translations can get confusing at times. We found this with most of this city though. Hoi an is the place to be for english speaking tourists. "

"We stayed in 1504 - corner suite room, 3 balconies (just big enough to stand on, but they did the job) great views of the Golden Dragon Bridge. Everything is right outside the hotel.
