i been in many hotels in PH. lower price points are usually a big miss (aka bad hotels). this was surprisingly good. Felt like a much higher price point hotel. Room was clean, modern, good AC, no moldy smell, free water. I was very happy. no elevator, but staff helps with luggage in the stairs, so no issues. close to the airport, i will come back if i need to be close to the airport in the future!

I had a couple if issues with this hotel. First, the hotel phone number is hard to find online. No one was answering the phone and so I sent a message thru Expedia app and it was answered after we arrived. Second, the next day we ran out of toilet paper and I called to request for it but again no one answered the phone. I have to walk for 5 minutes to go to the lobby and request for toilet paper. The staff were all nice and very polite and all hardworking. I just hope that people from the front desk or whoever is in charge of answering calls should pay attention more.

All the staff are very very respectful and service is just remarkable, the whole resort is sparkling clean.
However, restaurants are not in the phone directory or on their website so you had to dial and wait for the operator to transfer you which twice took me 3 redials to finally get the operator and was then transferred to room service instead of the Thai restaurant. We were there for 4 nights and not a lot of food choices for dinner.
Also, Dusit must rethink of easier and faster way to check out.

"Very good resort. Decent private beach during high tides. Good for snorkeling. We did see some poisonous sea snakes as well. Guess they are generally harmless unless you poke them.
