"Very clean"

"There was no heat in my room and the front desk clerk gave me a tiny space heater. I stayed there again the following month and, again no heat- you can hear it start up but can barely feel it coming out of the vent and the room was cold in the morning. They just redid their pool though- maybe they should have gotten the heating system working. I hear there is no air conditioning here either. Unfortunately if you are coming to Rapids to work at the hospital, this is the closest hotel."

"Our room was very clean, which in my opinion is very important. The walls are super thin, so I could hear each time a cupboard or door was closed. Breakfast was meager at best. If any complaint, that would be it; otherwise, we had a decent stay and did sleep well."
