Private doc was great for our lund fishing boat, 4 kayaks and tubes, lilypad, etc. and we rented the pontoon too which was so nice to have right there. 「Property felt clean/new. The kitchen is well stocked with glassware of any size, serving dishes, main dishes, etc. Basics like oil, salt and pepper for cooking. Seems set up perfectly for a guys weekend--strong golf theme with the decor. Our only complaints are that the wifi was poor even after resetting the router (some people had to finish up work, tvs require Internet to run--this did fluctuate during our stay) and there wasn't enough coffee .
