Excellent service and location especially since it’s adjacent to SM. Open parking is a challenge at times. Carpet maintenance needs to be kept up especially over time for the past years we’ve stayed there.

The breakfast buffet is excellent and never disappointed. I like staying at Park Inn when I travel to Bacolod because of its friendly staff, clean accommodations and proximity to shopping and dining. It's very easy to get transportation to/from Park Inn/SM Bacolod. Thank you!

Best hotel in Bacolod and staff are amazing. I got to the airport and realised I’d left my passport in the safe. They had it to me in half an hour and I was still able to catch my flight. I’ll be back next year!

Staff was excellent. Amenities were great. The AC in both rooms I was in didn’t perform as to be expected. Despite several visits by maintenance staff. Other than that, I was pleased with my stay. I will be returning, to hopefully working AC.
