There was only six of us, and this property gave us the ability to comfortably stay without feeling cramped in any way. A great alternative to staying in a hotel that wouldn’t have provided community space, patio/grotto, kitchen, laundry, garage, etc. and would have cost each of us about the same, or more, than splitting the cost of this clean and spacious location. "We never got to stay at the property because Expedia never posted the booking and it is impossible to contact Expedia to resolve any type of issue. I wouldn't recommend that anyone use that site to book a reservation. We were traveling and was 3 hours from home and was turned away from the resort because Expedia had not given the information to the resort. We had to find last minute accommodation and are still trying tl get our money back. "

"This is the second year we have stayed here. Superb views over the James river. Quiet location. Very near Scotland Jamestown ferry. "My husband and I stayed at this lovely house for several days in February. 10 minutes from anywhere you'd want to be in Hampton, comfy bed, well-equipped kitchen and bath, and a great backyard space that we did not have a chance to use. Very quiet neighborhood, yet close access to roadways. A great stay!!"
