"Hotel is great, but parking is a challenge, very limited for the amount of rooms. Cars are parked all over the hotel.
Otherwise, it is a beautiful place to stay!"
"Our stay was nice! Overall, I would return but there were a few not so great things.
1. The beds are very hard (typical of Italy).
2. The toilet in our room dripped 24/7.
3. The hotel restaurant has a very strange dinner menu.
4. The shower temperature fluctuated and went boiling hot out of no where.
5. Not a lot of pool chairs.
6. Paying 40 euros for an umbrella and chairs at the private beach they own as hotel guest seems unnecessary.
7. The sand on their private beach was full of wood chips (the free side right beside it was much nicer)."
"We loved Luna Lughente! The vibe is kind of retro and the suites we had were beautiful, comfortable, and very spacious. A beautiful view of the pool and Mountains that we will never forget. The included free breakfast was great every morning and our most adored part is the beach. The section of beach Pittulongu that belongs to the hotel is fantastic and we can’t wait to go back!"
"Hotel tout inclus situé dans une plage paradisiaque du Golf Aranci. Les personnes à l'accueil ne sont pas très sympatiques. Déjeuner et souper avec très bon choix"
"Lovely hotel in a lovely neighbourhood with great beach a few steps away., restaurants and a few stores.
Very clean and comfortable room/bed/bathroom, nice size balcony. Breakfast included in our stay. Lots of choices, always fresh and staked up by 2 nice ladies.
Only downside was the fridge which was small with no freezer but the staff agreed to put some items in their freezer for me.
** Know that there is an extra fee for beach chairs and umbrella which seemed included from the listing which was disappointing."
"First of all, the hotel is not beach front…. It is beach access from a side street. You are given a free pass for only one day for 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. After that, the daily cost is 25 euro. Staff were very kind and willing to assist in any way. The breakfast was very good but did not change day to day. It was pretty much the same every day. There is no evening night life at this hotel. No bands, music etc. Guests gather around the pool nightly for cocktails with a view of the restaurant “Ninos”. A bit uncomfortable if you’re the ones having dinner.
The rooms are nice, spacious and clean with very comfortable beds but small showers. There are mini coffee makers in the room but not in the lobby and you are charged 3 euro for water in your fridge. My recommendations, rent a car, you are then free to explore the island. Stop at the supermercato for munchies and water. We bought an umbrella for 15 euro and bought a blanket.
Overall a nice stay but Pittolungo is a very quiet area at night. Perfect if you’re looking for quiet downtime with no crowds or loud music."
Villetta Bianca – holiday home 400m from the beach
10/10 Excellent
"The location is very good, near 2 beaches. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and AC in each room. Everything is functional. I did not have any problems in this regard.
The car entrance gate needs to be repaired. It would be very nice if the inner courtyard was also beautifully landscaped."
