“Communication was nearly impossible... I had no idea where the key was, had too many documents to sign, and felt like I was signing my life away. They sent the email too late about instructions on where the key was. I could not locate the apartment. I tried calling the property, but they were no help. “We had an emergency with our son who was stranded in Italy for 2 days before we were to arrive. Manuella graciously arranged to allow our son to stay there for the two days before our arrival. Renato, her property manager was wonderful to deal with. A very nice home but not very close to the metro or trains but there is a bus I think. We did have to buy paper towels and toilet paper while there for 3 days. Highly recommend them.”

“The property is cosy with all of the essential amenities covered. Very clean and tidy. Eleonora made sure that we were shown around the property and answered all of our questions. We only stayed one night, arriving late and leaving early, on our way to central Italy from the UK so cannot comment on the local area.
