"Me cambiaron mi habitación a una mejorada sin decirme la razón. Finalmente supe que la razón fue que tenía reservada mi habitación y me movieron sin que yo supiera el porqué. Entonces mi habitación original me quedaba más cerca de mis comodidades y la habitación mejorada estaba lejos de mis comodidades. Me hicieron perder un día de jakussi porque tenía un evento que no me habían avisado. Y luego me decían que yo no debería estar molesto porque me dieron una mejora, a la cual respondí, que era una mejora que jamás solicité. Yo me habría quedado con mi primera habitación a 2 metros del jakussi. Pocos profesionales. Me quedé 10 días y ningún día limpiaron el baño. Camas durísimas. El lugar del la playa huele a alcantarilla en muchas zonas. Incluyendo el resort. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen. "

"This is a great location to Bridge Street and the pier. the beach was just a short 3 minute walk across the street. Definitely visit the daiquiri bar rooftop and you must do a dolphin tour with the crew on the pier! Pool and hot tub were so serene and relaxing, very very clean. Our room was cleaned every day and we felt very comfortable. "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family this weekend. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone at the front desk, the bar, and the kitchen was very kind and welcoming. This is exactly the kind of place you want when you're looking to relax. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable, and the staff truly make you feel at home. If you ask about things to do in the area, they take the time to explain everything and give great recommendations. The bar is excellent, the ladies working there are very friendly, and the food is delicious with very reasonable prices. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place."

"The room smelled terrible, the shower worked but was not in good condition and the floorboards by the shower were coming up which is due to water coming out of the shower. Cheaply done and the whole place feels like cheap housing. The Tiki Bar sounded like fun but I wasn’t comfortable as a single woman even going there.And there were men’s underwear and socks in the drawer which creeped me out. The front desk person was ver pleasant."

"Much better than I expected. I read the reviews and saw the pictures and I was expecting it to be pretty much average as a hotel can be. It was very unique with its own vibe. My only complaint would be the water closet design. Toilet and shower are separated by a wall, but share a single sliding glass door. While taking a duce, I felt like I was on a cruise ship."

"I had never stayed at a Sparks Hilton before. With the name of Hilton, I would have thought the property would have been in much better condition. The property is old, needs remodeling…. I can’t recommend this hotel. "
