“We stayed 3 nights in the Coach house recently. The rooms are fabulous and the views are stunning. Definitely 5* rooms however the whole place is let down by a few service issues. - We had no wifi in our rooms for the entire stay. When we enquired about this on day 1 we were told that it sometimes doesn't work and no effort was made to fix the problem. - Our plunge pool was filthy. There was sand in the bottom and when we looked at the neighbouring room's pool, ours was definitely green.……
