"I don’t know we went during down season after the hurricane and had some of the best survey actually one of our best meals right there at the hotel. Laid-back experience I would plan to know what you’re doing doing during the heat of the day. "The rooms were clean from top to bottom. Fresh towels, plenty of space in the Jr Suite. The room and bathroom were both spacious, so we did not feel cramped. There was a lounge area with table and chairs and balcony. So there was true comfort and peace. The staff was hospitable and welcoming in all areas of the hotel, Rose, Sunset and Blanco. The Mare Nostrum restaurant was good, there were nights with some, really, really good food choices, Pork Tamales, breakfast, italian dishes and Asian dishes. Cecilia, Mariana, Nahomi were great hostesses. Excellent customer services and hospitality. Luis, Manuel, Marisol were great service people along with other workers in restaurant. Cilantro was good. Suite service was really good. The tacos were excellent. The Market of Quivira had some excellent choices. All and all, our trip was great. Going in the down season didn't impact our trip too much, some restaurants were closed for vacations, but we still had variety."
