No tienen suficiente personal.

When we asked for a king room to be replaced with a double room, the front desk ignored us. When we ask what facilities the hotel has? The front desk replies back to the room to check for yourself.……

“The room was clean and spacious for Israel. Staff were all extremely helpful and kind. The Israeli breakfast was something special, with fresh fruit, vegetables, salads, fish, hot entrees, and baked goods of all sorts. The self-serve cappuccino machines were appreciated. Best feature for a Jerusalem hotel was the outdoor pool - grande! and a small pool for children and a little play area. This was in addition to a large indoor swimming pool and a good indoor gym.”
