True to its name, Flyover sits directly across the fairway from the Wildlife Overlook, along the island's main flyway for roosting birds. Enjoy a front-row seat to this daily natural spectacle as birds glide in and out at sunrise and sunset—best enjoyed with coffee in the morning or a favorite beverage in the evening from the decks or the comfort of any room in the house.

The home is designed for effortless island living—especially after beach days. Hop in one of the 4-seater golf carts, pull in, and head straight to the very private outdoor shower to rinse off salt and sand. From there, step onto a private deck entry that leads directly into the laundry/utility room, making it easy to manage sandy suits, towels, and beach toys before you enter the main living spaces.

Upstairs, the vaulted ceilings in the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area are filled with natural light. Access the two open porches and screened in porch overlooking the fairway and lagoon. The primary suite is also on this level with a king bed and an en-suite bath featuring a spa like walk-in shower and double vanity.

Downstairs, you'll find three flexible spaces perfect for families and groups:
A kids' room with a queen bed and twin w/ trundle.
A queen bedroom with screened porch.
A second living area with a sectional pull-out sofa
