“This resort was one of, if not, the best resort I’ve been to. The people in Bali are friendly, but the staff at this resort went out of their way to make sure my stay was phenomenal. Nothing was too much bother for them. From initial greeting by the team at reception, to waves and personal greeting of ‘hello’ every time I passed the restaurant, to the housekeeping staff chatting to me at my villa when they came to clean. “Me and my family had a wonderful vacation at Sanggraloka Ubud. It had such a wonderful view of valley with the location only being 20 minutes away from Ubud Center. the farm has many spices collections, so they educate my children the name of spices that are usually used by Balinese people. ”

“Other than the beauty of the villas it was the little things: 1. Front desk staff took time to research questions they didn’t immediately had an answer to. 2. Staff noticed my mosquito bites on check in so included repellant with my turn down service the next day. 3. Never had I had my feet washed as a welcome. 4. Restaurant staff new our preferences after only one meal. 5. Staff apologized to me when it was my fault I missed a class/activity. There’s more but, go experience it……
