The apartment is located on the first floor of a private villa, accessible via an external staircase. Inside, you’ll find a cozy living room with a rustic fireplace, a comfortable sofa bed, a TV, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, and all essential utensils, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bedroom provides a restful retreat, while the bathroom is stocked with everything you need. Guests also have access to the garden and a covered terrace on the ground floor, perfect for relaxing or enjoying outdoor meals at the spacious dining table.

The house is also located on the road leading to Morterone, Italy’s smallest municipality with just 31 inhabitants, home to an open-air museum and unspoiled natural beauty.

Tourist tax: The municipality where you will be staying does not require the payment of a Tourist Tax. . Check-in: Check-in at the property is allowed only after all guests have been registered and the contract has been signed. The standard check-in window is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM; guests are kindly requested to send a message at least 12 hours in advance, specifying a 30-minute time slot for their expected arrival.  
For late check-in, availability must be confirmed by sending a request to the House Manager.  
Where available, guests may opt for self check-in; however, in this case, they must contact the property to arrange an in-person meeting within the following 24 hours. .
