"What a great place to stay. A clean, modern, well-equipped appartment located by the river close to a metro station. The booking and check-in process is automated through their own app, so you really need to use that and follow its instructions for the smoothest experience. In my case, I had issues with the identity verification process, as that was not properly set-up to verify non-US citizens and appears to be still evolving. But I persevered, and a couple of calls to their call centre helped understand and then finalise that part of the process, after which everything ran smoothly. No real downsides. A kettle would have been nice for those of us who prefer tea to coffee. And the appartment only had one pot and one frying pan available for use on the stove, which limited the range of meals we could cook. As the rest of the kitchen was so well equipped, I can only imagine previous guests made off with some of the other pots, which is a shame. But we adapted, and the oven itself had an "air fry" mode, which worked very nicely."

"The place maker buzzard point is a converge if at least 3 separate apt Bldg’s all with different names yet they share the same underground parking which if you do not make arrangements for a passcode, or are arriving late in the evening you have to call the hotel as you are circling around the block . The number for placemaker is buried on one of the Expedia page. Without calling that number and reaching a leasing agent you would never be able to get inside the bldg. Cool place to stay but getting to your rental is exhausting."

"First of all no where in advertisement does it talk about this being a pod size unit. It’s smaller than cruise ship room. No where for luggage. No in room cups for water. No in room coffee. Had to ask for washcloths and also had to go get them at the front desk. If you want mood lighting this is your place. King bed up against wall so had to crawl over each other to get up. Not at all what was expected and will certainly not be staying again."

"Stayed for a week. Room was clean. Maid service every other day. I think the breakfast was above average. It is right across the street from a metro stop so that was good. If you want a little quieter room get it on the back side of the building. It's a busy area when it's nice out and it is not very quiet. Early morning traffic will wake you up too. Not the hotels fault on that. I would definitely stay again."
