「Very Friendly. Grrat breakfast」

「I wanted ground floor unit due to 2 people having mobility issues. sent property a request for this with no reply. arrived to be told on 2nd level with stairs as the only access. asked if we could change to ground level & told no sorry. This made our stay difficult for the ones navigating the stairs with their mobility issues 」

「元々ツインベッドの部屋を予約していたところ、チェックイン時ダブルベッドの部屋となっていましたが、快くツインベッドの部屋に変更をしてくださいました。日本に来たことがあるスタッフの方だそうで、とても温かい対応をしてくださったことに感謝しております。朝食も品数が大変多く、サーモンがとても美味しかったです！」

「Great hotel - clean, convenient, and swanky! The only drawback was the need to use two different elevators and a connecting passage to get to our room in the "tower". I would suggest asking for a room in the main building to avoid getting lost (as I would have done if my partner didn't have superb situational awareness). Otherwise, a fantastic stay!」

「Close downtown to the core everything was walkable. I didn’t drive my car for two days and went on a cruise down to the Shannon River that was fun too and the oldest bar in Ireland 900 A.D. Sean‘s also went to a casino that was a hoot old style machines and a few new ones I actually won money. Great food choices and numerous cafes The breakfast included was stellar lots of variety and great coffee and juice too 5 star 🌟 out of 5 highly recommended」

「Fabulous place very clean and friendly ideally situated. This is our 2nd time staying here I would highly recommend it and it's not overly expensive. Staff are great, Rob sent us details of how to get in also left tea coffee milk and biscuits definitely will be back next year. 5 star accommodation 」
