「It is an older beautiful building and kept in its original character. There are quirks, of course, and that goes along with the character. It sits just feet from the water, with gorgeous views. The people were fantastic as well as the food!!! I stayed here because it was a central location for my travels. Even with the live band (yes -LIVE), it was fairly peaceful and quiet in my room. A little far from amenities, but it is Ireland, so there's not a Kwik Shop every 2 miles 😉 」

「Beautiful, spacious property. Practical Details for Americans: they have a water kettle not a coffee pot, so purchase instant or bag coffee before you come, not beans or ground. They have a washer and dryer. You need to bring pods and be aware, it's a condenser dryer that takes about 2 hours to dry a verysmall load (5-6 items). Be sure to empty the dryer water tank. It's muddy on the property, so bring slippers or alternate shoes plus something to put your shoes in to protect your suitcase....
