"Kitchen dirty, coffee grounds left in coffee maker also coffe left in pot. No water glasses, not much utensils, garage filthy dirty, box of dirty linen, trash cans full, dirty mops, etc. Not what we are used to renting from Vrbo. Also dirty towels in washing machine. "

"Came in for a wedding at Lithia. Home was beautifully decorated, comfy and in a very family oriented neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable and AC worked great. I would stay here again in a heart beat. "

"First of all…. When I booked it was not listed as a 2 night minimal, I paid for one night, the week before our trip I was contacted by the host that this house is a 2 night minimal stay. So he said he could not rent it to me for one night, that he would be losing money, so we agreed tom additional payment option, but I was still not allowed to check in but only 1 hour early… and when we got to the house… there was 8 of us Ladies… there was only 2- 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. I did reach out to the host , he was quick to respond, telling me that there should have been extra rolls under the cabinet, believe me , we looked , there was none, Thank goodness for the nice neighbor that gave us a roll of toilet paper. The host did say he would talk to his cleaners. Well, that was not going to help in the situation that we were in… also the amenities mentioned a hot tub, it was dirty. When I mentioned that to the host he said that it was broken and had been removed from the amenities… well it was listed… and the 2 night minimal stay wasn’t listed "

"1. House was cold on several occasions during our stay; couldn't manage on our end & 3 of my guest got colds. Had to contact the owner every time who handles everything on their end2. The WiFi was unreliable 3. There were ants in the kitchen. We kept the kitchen clean constantly, not leaving food on the counter or on the floor 4. There was a coach roach in one of the bedrooms5. There were refrigerators with water & ice dispensers and neither of them produced ice. There was a ice machine maker but it definitely didn't produce enough ice for 5 adults6. The washing machine washed my colored clothes in hot water even with the cold water setting7. There was no closet in the master suite8. Pool wasn't heated enough; again, everything managed by the owner and had to wait on their response"
