「A warm and friendly welcome. Nice to stroll in the grounds. Room was comfortable and quiet. Dario's Italian restaurant was excellent and a short walk away.」

「I stay around 10 times a year. A 5 star welcome, 5 star food, 5 star service and a 5 star room. A unique old hotel with a modern, clean, tidy fresh feel. The food is amazing, locals travel here for the food. Highly recammend!」

「Large bungalow style room with full disability access and wet room. Stylish. Comfy beds. Check in lady was friendly. Room was left open when we arrived but no electricity so had to go find someone. Bathroom bin had not been emptied but otherwise clean. Struggled to find someone serve us behind the bars. Breakfast was a little anaemic but good quality and tasty. Plenty of parking near the room Would stay again.」

「Beautiful accommodation. Friendly staff. Great price including a wonderful breakfast.」

「Have stayed a number of times when visiting the area. Would highly recommend it」

「We enjoyed a wonderful stay, and a really good meal too, thank you!」

「Great place and host, would highly recommend」

「Great hotel will stay there again for races however I would advise we did have 3 rooms and all 3 were cold even with heating turned up full blast need to sort in these colder months」

「Clean property with friendly staff.」

「Cute hotel, good location, modern, and nice to have the tavern attached for a drink and breakfast, but the double room was very small and with no closet, drawers or anywhere to put suitcases we had little floor space left. Too cramped for a couple but probably great for one person. Also it's loud if you have a room facing the square. I would stay again, but in a larger room at the back of the hotel.」

「Hotel was ok, on site pub was poor」

「Very helpful staff. Good choice of food and drink. Comfy beds」
