The staff was wonderful, the lobby is nice, and it is nice to have a restaurant on site. My room was big and clean; the bed was comfortable. However, it's age is starting to show. The heater in the room was so loud and there were huge gaps in the door, so all the heat flowed out, and the heater kept kicking on. I would stay here again.

All the staff we interacted with were wonderful, including at the front desk and at breakfast! The room was okay (generally could use a refresher) but the fans were rattling loudly enough to make it difficult to fall asleep. We were disappointed the hot tub was out of service, and the pool area was so cold (as if windows were left open) we just couldn’t get into the pool itself.

The staff were all friendly. The hotel was clean. Breakfast was not free as the question states in the survey. And coffee was $3.00 if you just wanted coffee and didn't buy breakfast. For what a room costs I would think they would have complimentary coffee. But we will probably stay here again as it is very convenient to my daughter's house and overall we like it.
