“Worst stay of my life. Your food depends on if hotel have guests or no. If not enough you’ll get whatever without any heads up. Don’t book this place not unless if you want to get disappointment. Nothing close by this place you get stuck in there. ”

“We didnt receive aiport pick up and drop off service by the resort. When we asked them the staff stated they don’t peovide that service but why it was written in their hotel information if they dont want to provide this service. Secondly there was wedding going on and it was so noizy until 12.30 am. It was a big bollywood aongs noise and around 15 people were dancing and making noise. We feel like we could have stayed somewhere better instead of this resort so we could enjoy our stay more. ”

“First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. We had to approach the main reception to request access to the parking bay in the basement. Main reception was at the back of the building, so this……

“I stayed here for one night and it was absolutely perfect for an overnight stopover near GOI airport. The hotel’s appearance and room cleanliness were kept to a very high standard. Having a restaurant and a pool on-site was incredibly convenient after traveling. A special shout-out to the staff, who were very helpful and excellent at organizing a seamless airport transfer for me very early in the morning. Highly recommend if you need a comfortable, hassle-free stay close to the airport!”

“So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed……
