"I could not have asked for more. Property is very well located in Baga. Unlike more resorts, facilities are very easily accessible, with the big pool in the middle (which you can use until 0h30!!!). Rooms were very comfortable, good bathroom. What distinguishes this hotel, though, is the extremely professional, kind, helpful, dedicated, smiley team. Honestly, I have rarely seen such staff elsewhere in the world. Congratulations!"

"I cannot rate The Astor in Goa high enough. We used Goa as a stop gap for our India holiday and it was amazing. I had an upgrade and used the Spa and Gym as well as the pool which was welcoming after being in the sun. The staff were fab, very friendly and considerate, couldn't do enough, always helpful. "We had a wonderful stay at the Taj Horizon. Initially I thought I should have gone further South but once we got yo the Hotel it is a perfect location. The staff was incredible and there was always someone wanting to know how the stay was going and if they could assist with anything to make the stay even more comfortable. It was so nice of the hotel to also provide packed hot breakfast for three of us for our early morning departure. I’ve lived in USA 40+ years and stayed at many nice hotels but nothing compares to the hospitality and service you get in India. Hat’s off to all the staff at mostly all Hotels. The breakfast teams were great and so was the dinner buffet and staff. Thank you for the wonderful stay and hope to come again to Goa and stay once more in the Sea face rooms!"
