"This is by far the best experience at a hotel I have had internationally. I am from America and felt like the luxury of this hotel was superior to upscale hotels in New York and Los Angeles that I’ve stayed in. The staff here goes ABOVE AND BEYOND for their guests. The managers Toan and Hang are amazing with accommodating us when we needed something as well as checking on us to ensure we were constantly comfortable. Also, An, Nga, Thua, Thuy, Tuan, Huy, Man, Ha, and Kieu will treat you like royalty and are tremendously friendly and kind. This was our first time in Vietnam and when we return to Da Nang, we are 100% returning to the Peninsula!! "

"Staffs are very friendly and helpfully. They are willingly to accommodate our needs like calling local drug store for us, wrapping my hot pepper sauce jars, cutting fruits that we bought from local markets, sending our clothes to a local laundry store for a cheaper price, storing our luggages and packages which were delivered to us prior to our stay safely. Their buffet breakfast is delicious with different authentic local dishes every morning. We only went to their afternoon tea once but it’s very pleasant and had a quite sweet treats. Our group of 14 had a great time staying at the Monarque hotel."

"The staff here go above and beyond, not just for your stay at Voco but also for hour stay in Vietnam. Shout out to David in particular who made our stay one to remember. The rooms are clean and beautiful. The pool (although cold) is absolutely stunning looking out over the ocean and the kids loved having a swim. The location was perfect, close to the beach and restaurants and the river only a short Grab ride away. "

"We had a wonderful stay at InterContinental Danang Sun Peninsula Resort, and what truly stood out was the kindness of the staff. We checked in very late at night, and my son mentioned that he was hungry. Without hesitation, the staff kindly arranged food for him. That level of care meant so much to us as parents. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, attentive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. The property itself is stunning. The views are breathtaking, the design is beautiful, and the resort feels incredibly special. Getting around by tram and buggy added to the experience and made the vast property feel fun and seamless. The restaurants were all photo-worthy, and the food was excellent. The Japanese restaurant, in particular, was superb. The only downside was the bathtub in our room. It appeared a bit worn or slightly moldy, and because of that, I didn’t feel comfortable letting my son use it, which was disappointing since he usually enjoys hotel bathtubs. That said, the exceptional service, beautiful facilities, and overall experience far outweighed this one issue. We truly felt welcomed and well cared for, and we would love to return."
