"This is my go to hotel in Pocatello. The staff is very helpful and eager to help. Good breakfast, and nice rooms."

"I know that this facility has been remodeled, but my husband said that it was like putting lipstick on a pig. It was not well insulated - we could hear the conversations EASILY that people were having in the next room. You could hear everything everyone said as the walked down the hallway. I could hear cars starting outside. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Just wasn't a great experience. We wouldn't stay here again unless the price was much lower. Next time, we will just pay the additoinal $50 a night and stay somewhere we know will be comfortable and quiet."

"I had to wait for almost an hour, by the front desk, for the hotel to get the booking from Expedia. No idea who was to blame, but super inconvenient. They couldnt check me in until they got the booking, and I couldn't get ahold of hotels com. Hotel seemed dated, shower was gross and had hair on the sides, but beds comfortable. Mixed review. Need some updating in the bathrooms for sure, but it worked for what we needed I guess."

"Check-in and check-out was seamless. Staff was super friendly. Room was very clean. However, we were given a handicap accessible room without requesting it or being told that’s that we were getting, so all countertops were very low. Shower head was so old and gross that there was blue and white hard water buildup and it sprayed everywhere. Besides those things, property was great."
