“Great experience overall. No complaints. Most certainly would recommend as well as return. Our host was great and very accommodating. The place was well secured, clean, spacious and very comfortable. Best part was each couple had its own personal bathroom!”

“The dark privacy curtains in the bedrooms were great, but I do think they need to be added to the living room because from the outside you can completely see the kitchen and living room day or not lights on or not and that made me a little bit uncomfortable, but at least there was no foot traffic around. The amount of deer on your property and the whole neighborhood was just fantastic. Very relaxing. ”

“I truly enjoyed my stay here. I loved having the river there, the peacefulness, and all the wildlife. I also love the dog friendly environment. Sorry one of my dogs wasn't very friendly. She is a rescue I just got maybe two months before we went and still needs more socialization. I wish I would have taken more time to see all the activities they offered, but I was there to spend time with family who lives in Bandera. This was still a wonderful stay and I plan on returning soon. However, I feel……
