"The breakfast was awesome. The hotel was great when I stay there again absolutely the staff was awesome. Everybody was friendly. It was nice the Holiday Inn if I’m thinking of going back to San Antonio I will definitely stay there. PS coming back. American Airlines was great spirit airlines I will never take it again. It was terrible firm a scale 1 to 10 it was a zero American. Airlines was great again the hotel perfect"

"The hotel is in excellent condition and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the pub. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Location was great— able to walk down to the river every morning and were minutes away from all we wanted to do. Property is well tended to. I believe they are in the process of upgrading the tv boxes, but maintenance was quick to reset ours when the channels didn’t load. The in-room coffee could be better, but other than that, the amenities were just great. We’ll stay again whenever we come back!"

"Some of the staff was very helpful and some were a bit annoyed at questions and had no idea what you were asking about if you had questions. According to the website, they would serve breakfast till 10:00 AM. When one of us went to check they stopped an hour earlier. The first night, room service did not come in and clean, after we talked with them about it, they did it after that. The swimming pool was outdoors and did not look that clean so we decided against it. The gym room was too hot when my brother went to exercise. They said they sold laundry pods but when my dad asked, the staff said they did not and had no idea what he was talking about. They did have a laundry room but one of their machines was broken so we had to drive into a different part of town to a laundromat. Other than that, the suite was nice. "
