"The bed is awesome as was the water pressure and shower head. Internet access was consistent and the staff was always helpful and friendly. If I could change anything, I would put a microwave in every room along with complimentary refrigerator."

"My family and I stayed at Home Suites Culebra while visiting my mother who is currently on life support in the hospital. At check-in I was required to pay a deposit, but no one explained that if I checked out before 9am on my checkout date, I would not be able to receive my deposit back until housekeeping inspected the room. I checked out at 5am and the front desk agent, Tre, told me I had to call back at 9am. When I called, I was told to speak with Rebecca, who was never available. Tre kept placing me on long holds and eventually said the deposit was approved but that he still couldn’t return it. On top of that, the room floors were very dirty and clearly had not been mopped. The only set of towels provided for my family had hair on them, so I had to go out and purchase towels for us to use. The room curtains also would not close, and the only solution offered by the front desk was a bed sheet to cover the window. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience and I would not stay here again."
