「There was a mix-up with the couple renting the other cabin. They arrived first, and was asked if they were the couple with the dog, and they said yes and were let in the cabin. When we arrived they had started unpacking, so we agreed to let them stay on our cabin, and we stayed in there cabin.There was no loft in our cabin, but we had paid for it. We were not going to make it an issue. We did enjoy our stay. Bed and couch very comfortable. Needs more light in kitchen area.」

「The host was extremely responsive, welcoming, and friendly. She provided great ideas for things to do and see in the area. I grew up in Real county so I am very knowledgeable about the area. However, for those who did not, it would be extremely helpful. The cabin was even cuter and more spacious than in the pictures. It is in a really pretty area that feels secluded but yet is very convenient to Leakey which is about a 1/2 mile away. We saw lots of white tail deer including a large buck...

「Good location inbetween Garner, Lost Maples for full slate of exploring and hiking. Everything is as advertised. Didn't need to interact with the host much but I found everything I needed in email and written communciations. I didn't try the wifi, I found my home TMobile Hotspot worked just fine and allowed me to do a little work and stream movies/etc. So Tmobile does work here.」

「Kat’s Kabin was a great place to watch the Geminid meteor shower. The dark skies are wonderful. It was so quiet. We could hear the owls & coyotes at night. The cabin kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We can’t wait to come back. 」

「Rating high because overall it was a very pleasant experience. It was rather uncomfortable for me as I'd chosen a specific cabin based on furnishings due to some mobility issues and was switched to another cabin. The couch and much of the other seating was not very comfortable for me because of this, but I did agree to the switch and was informed beforehand, so that is on me. Otherwise, wonderful communication, very clean, and the location is so beautiful. The goats, donkeys, and chickens we saw...

「The property itself is really nice. Free internet washing dryer was a big help. It was very cosy and quiet which is what was important to me. Mickey was very communicative and helpful during the entire process. I can't recommend enough staying here. Thank tou for everything!」
