It includes a hall, living room (with a double sofa bed of 140), 1 bedroom (with 1 double bed of 140 and 1 single bed of 90), a separate equipped kitchen, bathroom with WC - Closed loggia with large bay windows, used as a dining room, and a breathtaking panoramic view of the port. The apartment has air conditioning in the bedroom and in the living room, and has double glazing in the bedroom. All rooms of the apartment benefit from a superb sea view. The apartment is equipped with 2 ceramic hobs, a combination oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a television. Shops (ready-to-wear boutiques, supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, tobacconists, casino games) are located at the foot of the building. An apartment in an ideal location, facing the casino beach for a sunny holiday, as a couple, with friends, or even with family. Regarding parking, you have the option of obtaining a parking card from the Bandol parking authority. Subscriptions are taken on site, on the day of your arrival. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose the option of having sheets and towels for €25 per single bed and €35 per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged a €100 surcharge. Weekday arrivals after 6 p.m. will also be charged a surcharge. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A €5 surcharge per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It will not be cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. You will be required to provide proof of holiday insurance or civil liability insurance. No rental will be finalized without these documents. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr.
