Oui vue imprenable à 180 degrés, ascenseur pratique ,, .restaurants et brasseries,petit spar,plage a 30 mètres beaucoup de ponts positifs,qui, dans l'ensemble contribuent à unse note maximale ,.un rafraîchissant des peintures,et boiseries le rendraient, parfait.

Pas de vraiment de double vitrage. Boules quies exigées pour dormir, car moto et route en face. Belle vue. Nettoyage peu faire mieux, araignées. Agence pas professionnelle, j ai du marche 30 mn à pieds sous la chaleur pour arriver à l appartement alors que j avais prévenu d une arrivée en train, plus le sac du linge .
