Superb air-conditioned apartment, 1 bedroom and 1 sleeping area on the ground floor with terrace, in the heart of Bandol, everything within walking distance. You can park your vehicle on the property and leave it alone during your vacation. You will find two charging stations available within the residence. The rental is composed as follows: you enter and access the bedroom through a corridor on the right. It is composed of 2 single beds 90x200 that can make a double bed or 2 single beds. It is a dark room without windows with a ceiling height of 1.70m. This room is air-conditioned. Opposite you will find the bathroom which has plenty of storage space. Separate toilet. Then, the corridor opens onto the large air-conditioned living room, composed of the lounge and the dining room. This space opens onto the terrace where 2 beautiful bay windows offer you a beautiful view of the terrace. You have a sleeping area with a 140x190cm bed with a new mattress, it was changed in 2024. Regarding the exteriors, you benefit from a 19m² terrace with an electric barbecue for your grills in the sun. A private bicycle storage room is also accessible at the entrance of the apartment. A parasol allows you to protect yourself from the sun if necessary. This very pleasant space allows you to spend your days in the sun, or in the shade according to your desires. The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and you have an internet box with wifi. It is the ideal rental for a family, couples of friends, a couple with or without children, or even retirees, wishing to discover the region, without having to touch their vehicle during the holidays. A pleasant and clean rental where the sun, the beach and a dose of relaxation will make your vacation in Bandol, pleasant memories. We ask for a deposit of 25%. The balance must be paid 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is the one specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included in the price. For added comfort, you can choose to have sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra. Pets may be allowed upon request; please indicate the type of pet. A supplement of 5€ per day per pet will apply. We require a deposit to be paid to us upon arrival by check or cash. It is not cashed and will be returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency, and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be required. No rental will be finalized without these documents. Come and enjoy the beauties of our region through our apartments and houses: the beaches and protected and developed natural spaces, the natural parks of Port-Cros and Porquerolles, whose "Notre Dame" beach was voted the most beautiful beach in Europe, seaside walks such as boat tours of the Cassis creeks, hikes in the Verdon Gorges or on the coastal path, particularly Cap Sicié. You can discover Bandol, Sanary-sur-Mer, the small medieval village of Castellet, very pleasant for strolling or sharing an ice cream, and discover the wines of Bandol. The Bandol estates are mostly in the commune of La Cadière, and you can enjoy the magnificent landscapes in all seasons. We recommend the Saint Côme mill for making olive oil. We also recommend the walk to Mont Faron to enjoy the magnificent sea view over one of the most beautiful harbors in Europe. Our agricultural producers welcome you from April to September every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to offer you fresh local products (fruits, vegetables, eggs, bread, cheeses, honey, etc.). The markets of Sanary, Bandol, Saint Cyr etc. take place every day, and the big markets take place on Tuesday in Bandol, Wednesday in Sanary and Thursday in Saint Cyr. For your children, the OK Corral amusement park in Cuges les pins, Aqualand in Saint-Cyr sur mer, the funfair, seaside entertainment (trampoline, bungee), water activities (diving, sailing, paddle, parasailing, jet skiing etc.), boat trips, the Bandol zoological garden. If you're looking for small board games, we recommend Atanière, a store offering a wide variety of board games for all ages.
