## Space

With its garage, this two-bedroom flat, close to the port of Bandol and its town centre, is ideally located for enjoying local life and the surrounding area.

This welcoming 27 m² on yard flat is on the first floor of a residence with lift and is made up of :
- a living room with sofa bed,
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a bathroom with shower,
- a well-equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, microwave, hotplates, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher),
- hoover, hairdryer, washing machine,
- TV,
- a parking space in the residence car park.

→ Hotel-quality cleaning is carried out before your arrival and after your departure.
→ Our guests will receive all the essentials for comfort and hygiene such as sheets, towels, soap, shampoo

## Neighborhood

Close to the port and Bandol town centre, you'll be in a quiet residence with the added advantage of being close to everyday shops as well as restaurants or beaches. You'll need just a few minutes on foot to reach the sea, while other destinations such as the town of Toulon or the village of Le Beausset are easily accessible by car.

Bandol railway station → ten minutes on foot or by car
Marseille-Provence airport → 1h10 by car
