The Ocean House

Great ocean views from most rooms. All the amenities a family of seven needed. Short walk to the beach. Easy walk along the beach with great rock formations. The sunsets were awesome. Finally, we were close the town of Bandon and the Bandon Dunes golf courses, but we also felt we had a very private place.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Beautiful home, great views, comfortable beds, easy beach access, lots to see and do in the area. We were concerned about plumbing issues noted in previous reviews. We had none!

The house was very accurately represented in the listing. Plent of room for our group, very clean, all the beds were comfy, the view was awesome, the kitchen had all the dishes and cookware we needed, there’s a path to the beach about a 5 minute walk away. Highly recommend.

Family vacation

Very nice place. Comfortable, great views. The water dispenser on the fridge was a disaster. Sprayed everywhere. When mopping up the water realized the floor was not as clean as it looked. But overall cleanliness of the house was good. We would definitely return.

Best Ocean View in Bandon

We and our friends enjoyed a fabulous week at this rental. The view of the ocean from all the windows in numerous rooms was breathtaking. Lots of room to move around. There were some small issues we encountered that management may already have resolved - 1) one of the light switches in the lower-level bathroom was not functional - 2) there was a large mold stain on the baths ceiling that looked like it had been cleaned but the ceiling really needs to be repainted and 3) a couple of the room wall heaters were not functioning. As a whole = this is a great place to rent, you simply can't beat the view! We will rent it again when we visit Bandon.

We enjoyed our stay

This rental was in a great location with beautiful views. The inside of the home was very spacious and clean. We were grateful to find this as we brought our family dogs with us, there is not a fenced in area for dogs which was no biggie for us. We brought leashes. The only issue that we had with the house was the refrigerator. Ice machine was leaking water pretty constantly. I did inform the property management company. The only other issues that I had was simply communication with the property management seemed pretty poor and inconsistent. Overall, the property was great and outweighed any communication issues. We would absolutely stay again

amazing views

Large home with large bedrooms and split floor plan. Perfect for large families or multiple family gatherings. Super quick walk to the beach with easy beach access. Close enough to town for dinner but feels tucked away and private.

A great value

A modest yet comfortable home and a great value. It feels a little used but is in a great location and it lives well. It begs for an outside porch but the sunroom is a great place to be after sunset. The master bedroom bed is high enough to require supplemental oxygen. Recommended.

Bandon retreat

Very nice house lots of nice living space but a bit dated windows were a bit water stained and very difficult to open and close. The views from all of the upstairs rooms were spectacular. Easy walk to the beach. Garage was spacious and clean, plenty of room for three cars.Prpperty manager was very attentive when we reached out.We had a great stay.

Beautiful home

It was very relaxing and i love the sun rooms. One small thing, there's a map for exits in case of sunami warnings. NOWHERE on the map is there a bubble saying "you are here" to make it easier!

Fantastic location, house is a little tired

The views are fantastic. The common area and three of the bedrooms look out on the beach. Doing the dishes isn’t the usual chore, because the beach unfolds before you with all its cool sea stacks. I would rate it five out of five rather than four out of five, but the house and its furnishings are a little tired, and the kitchen isn’t very well equipped.

A great family getaway!

We were very grateful to find such a nice place and with great views that could accommodate us with our 2 dogs. The location and view are also prime for enjoying the Bandon beach. If we are in the area again we will definitely consider staying again. Our favorite things about the house was the upper sun room and the hard wood floors.

Great views & lots of space!

The views are amazing from this home and the sun porch would be a delight even on a rainy day. Lots of bedrooms, a media room, living room with TV and a games/library allows a large family or several couples to spread out. Could be great for a ladies’ getaway! Lots of bathrooms. Every room might have a view. Warning: Not senior friendly with an abundance of stairs. Would stay again!
