"This hotel is beautiful. All of the staff is nice, respectful and competent. My room had problems and they came to fix things immediately. The rooms are small but are designed moderately well. But it's inconvenient to have to go to the second floor into a restaurant to cross over to your building. I didn't like the fact that I had old sheets. "Not a five-star place, this hotel's seen better days. It might've been fancy back in the early 2000s, but it's seriously screaming for a makeover. The whole design is outdated and blah. The carpet was grimy, the sofa was disgusting, and worst of all, no coffee maker or iron – and they said they were out when I asked! Unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel, I'm not going back.n."
