Amazing experience at Transluxury Hotel Bandung, all staff are friendly and hospotality trained, fast service for check in and out, facility and amenities superb, great and satisfaction breakfast menu option, recomended and for sure i will be backbto this hotel

No complains at all about this hotel.ee didn't the breakfast as we move around to have our breakfast locally. Will surely recommend this hotel who's planning to visit Bandung

Room was quite well appointed. Could have a tour desk though. Breakfast service was quite poor. Food was not of international standard and was served cold to lukewarm. Staff have a habit of clearing your table even when you are not done with your meal. Don’t use the 6 or 12 hr car service. Its supposed to be at your disposal to bring you to all the places but the driver will bring you to some places like a coffee factory that gives him some incentive$. Overall a good hotel being next to Trans Mall and Trans Studio Amusement Park.

Truly the most excellent hotel in Bandung!
Truly the best hotel in bandung - not only is it luxurious but the service is consistently excellent For the family, this is great as the mall and theme park are just downstairs. No need to be stuck in traffic - you can just walk around Our room included lounge access which turned out to be a very good idea - the selection is more than canapés. They have hot food, soups, alcoholic drinks. The breakfast includes ala carte orders in addition to the buffet. The manager on duty - Tedy and his staff at the club lounge were always attentive and helpful. The surprise was the cocktails in the lobby lounge! Didn’t discover it until the last day. The lemongrass gin and tonic was freshly made and excellent. We only have compliments for this hotel. Turned out to be the best decision for our family trip.

The hotel Is excellent, very nice, clean. We specially love the kids club, the fact it has people to look after the children and open until 9pm Is amazing. However some of the front desk staff and restaurant staff could do more smilling and could be little bit more friendly.

Self sufficient with a mall next to d hotel and a starbucks n coffeebean all located strategically for a quick fix. The panaromic view of the city n d mountains were such a sight to behold. Agatha one of the managers was lovely. She presented my husband with a cake at midnight as requested for his birthday. She also helpd us with the checkout in her most pleasant smile. Thank you Agatha. Samba the bartender at the lounge was another pleasant person we met. Thank you guys for ur warm service!

Amazing Stay in Bandung
Perfect location if you want to play in Trans Studio Bandung, because you can enjoy and play until the park is closed.. They also have mall so you can stroll and have culinary experience.. I think this hotel is perfect for family vacation..

Everything is perfect about this hotel, service, amenities, staff all good, only one thing that I can not enjoy is the swimming pool area.. it is not comfortable to wear a normal swimming costume for visitor from overseas, just different culture

Excellent hotel with excellent service! The room was very comfortable with great amenities. Breakfast selection was wide and quality was good. It was definitely the highlight of my trip. Will choose to stay here again the next time I visit Bandung

Excellent hotel, very easy access to mall & entertainment location. Nice seimming pool, combine with sand pool, good for kids. But they couldn't served well for breakfast while the ocupation full. We have to quee for breakfast and short in plate, glass, bowl.

We stayed for 2 nights. 1 day we went for Trans studio. kids enjoyed pool a lot. there is sand on a pool where kids can play in sand. other small pool with slide and small dancing fountain. my both kids enjoyed a lot. big pool was nice too. break fast was good. i feel like all type of Indonesian breakfast items were there. international food including pan cake, pastry, pizza, live pasta corner and live egg counter.

The friendly welcome, beautiful, elegant interiors and Friendly staff welcome us at the reception, the pool and breakfast area. Very close to Trans Studio, which is very convenient. Family friendly hotel, with unlimited use of the pool.

Stayed there for 4 nites with family of 2 adults and 3 kids. A very family-friendly hotel with a good swimming pool with kids' features and a Kids' Club playroom at the 3rd floor. It has a stunning city and mountain views from the 18th floor restaurant. Highly recommended!

Get ready to experience grandeur the moment you step into the hotel. Marble floor and wall with a huge dragon-based chandelier across the ceiling. Room (premier) is clean, big and luxurious. My room has a big pictorial view of the Trans Studio theme park. The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing short of a 5-star reception. I would like to give special mention to a young lobby staff who had gone beyond our expectations. He took time to explain the places of interest and how we can get there. He was very patient with our questions and helped us with the sealing of luggage boxes before we departed. His name is Yudi.
