The location on Banff Avenue was excellent. We could walk to stores, coffee shops and restaurants. The room was clean but the carpets could use replacing. The ceiling fan did not work but the front desk made a note. If you want an experience, this is not the hotel for you. If you want a clean bed and central location at a lower price, I recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff didn’t seem to know how to get to their own parade neither did they know if you need the key fob to get out of their parkade(you don’t). Place was OK. Had a Queen bed that was significantly grooved for each person sleeping in it….its time to get new mattress. .
