We are 3x repeat guests. We love this hotel and especially enjoy the rooftop hot tubs! It’s conveniently located on the main strip with many dining options available nearby and plenty of on site parking. Comfy beds, perfect shower & bath products. Always clean! See you next year!

I stayed here for five nights while visiting Banff. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the town on foot. The amenities in the room were adequate, with working towels, safe, fridge, and kettle. Staff were friendly on the first evening, and overall the stay was acceptable, but several issues affected the experience, especially given the price. The room itself felt mediocre. The electrical outlets at the nightstand did not work properly. Maintenance briefly looked at the issue but did not bring tools and advised they could not fix it. Upon arrival, the bed sheets and pillowcases had visible stains. We requested cleaning twice during our stay. The first time, the sheets we placed on the floor were put back on the bed without being changed. The second request was eventually handled and the sheets were replaced. The bathroom was not properly cleaned during the stay, with the shower and sink remaining dirty, and toilet paper was not restocked unless we called, at which point only one roll was provided. The room fan was quite loud, which made sleeping difficult unless kept on a low setting. While this may be expected in an older building, it still impacted comfort. Parking was also challenging, with limited scattered spots that required checking frequently after leaving with the car. The property listing mentions a shuttle bus, but this was not directly offered. Staff explained they could only suggest third-party providers rather than arrange transportation, which

Room was clean, we had a king suite and there was enough room for the two of us to comfortably get around and sit to enjoy a glass of wine - even when our apres-ski days created a huge mess! Incredible location, decent rates, on-site parking, nice lobby restaurant - I would definitely return. The only semi-negative comment would be that to any hotel suite designers out there - MORE STORAGE AND HANGING SPACE! Even just hooks on a wall would have been helpful. They had nice "furniture pieces" in the room, but with ski clothing and going out clothes and lounge clothes there really wasn't a place to put everything so it just ended up on the floor. Not the end of the world though - I would definitely return to this hotel.

Rooms were small, but quite clean, well appointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the hot tubs was down for maintenance which made access a challenge. Definitely a good value.

Our room was ridiculously small, especially considering it had a king-size bed. Basically, the king bed and 2 night stands took up almost the entire width of the room (with maybe an extra 2 feet to spare). It wasn't much better lengthwise. The room had one small window that overlooked the roof with pipes etc. You had a partial mountain view if you sat right in front of the window. The whole room felt very cramped and uncomfortable which was especially distressing because one person wasn't skiing and spent a lot of time in the room. Additionally, the carpets were stained, and nothing felt very clean. The whole hotel had sort of a shabby feel to it. Not impressed! I will say that the hotel is in a good location if you want to be in the center of town.
