"This is a very convenient hotel located in the heart of the city with direct access to the BTS and the huge terminal 21 shopping mall. Walk outside and there are a plethora of eateries, bars and some good Thai massage places also just 2 mins away. I had an early AM flight so was unable to check in until 2pm but the waiting lounge area is very nice, quiet and relaxing with complimentary drinks - coffees, iced lemon tea etc. You can also charge devices here and there is even a working space. I was fortunate to receive the upgrade room which was absolutely fantastic. An amazing panoramic view of the city, lovely comfortable bed, work desk, sofa. Overall a lovely stay, thank you. The complimentary drinks in the fridge was a bit disappointing (just a coke, OJ and juice, no alcohol) but that was the only very minimal negative point. I will stay here again for sure. "

"I loved our stay! The bed was the most comfortable bed I stayed in Thailand! The free boat shuttle to the icon Siam mall was great! The pool was outstanding! Breakfast buffet was great too! All the staff was so attentive and very pleasant! Thank you will stay again!"

"Our stay at Mandarin was excellent. The staff especially the bell service desk were great. The room was always very very clean and walking distance to a food hall across the street. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast but am not an early bird.🙂 Ocation is perfect for nearby shopping. What a wonderful hotel!"
