First, the room had so many flies. At least five were there to greet me upon entry and they only increased. Absolutely disgusting, with stains on the sheets and an improperly cleaned bathroom. The front desk staff are rude. They hung up the phone on me several times and laughed at me behind my back when I asked them to fix my room key which was programmed to the wrong room. They insulted me in Thai (because they assume I don't speak the language) when I arrived on time at the desk for my shuttle. The breakfast food was cold but a decent variety. I got this room for free thankfully so nothing lost on my end other than comfort. However your staff needs proper training in hospitality and courtesy, though other employment would be more suitable for their collectively disagreeable disposition and countenance.

Only stayed when night since it was close to the airport, staff very friendly and polite at front desk and at front entrance, the dining area for breakfast is nice, open and bright but the breakfast was okay, the room ventilation was not clean.

I would assume that this is one of the nicer hotels surrounding DMK airport but it is still an "airport hotel" in all senses of the term, except that it isn't quite that close to the airport. It took over 30 minutes from airport to hotel and it was not rush hour (22:00). The staff is really friendly and helped get a taxi at any time, but the hotel is limited in terms of amenities (an extra bottle of water was not available at night until house keeping returned in the morning, wifi is just ok at best, no toiletry kits). The surrounding area does have a super market and 7-11 markets but not much else. It is, however, very accessible to the sky train. The restaurant is fine - ok food, great staff. All-in-all it gets the job done!

9階のシングルベット2つの部屋に大人1人子供2人で滞在しました。部屋は広くベットも大きくてシーツも清潔でした。 目の前にショッピングモールがあるので便利です 部屋も綺麗でシャンプー、ボディソープ、瓶の水のボトル(毎日2-4本新しく置かれます)、インスタントコーヒー、紅茶のティーバッグがありました。 歯ブラシとコンディショナーは持参する必要があります シャワーの水量は普通ですが、熱くなったり冷たくなったりを繰り返す感じで調整が難しいです。 部屋は清掃してもらうといつも綺麗になっています、髪の毛1本落ちてるとかはありましたが気にならないと思います。 クーラーはしっかり効きます。コンセントもベッド脇に1つずつとデスク周りにもあって足りないことは無かったです。変換プラグが無くても日本のコンセントの形で問題なく使えます。 朝食をバイキングタイプでつける事もできます、1回食べましたけど、パンやチャーハンやその場で作ってくれるオムレツ、サラダ、フルーツなどで内容はそこまでだと思うので、それ以降はグラブなどで頼んでいました。 WiFi無料でついています。チェックインもアウトもスムーズでした。フロントも夜中でも対応してくれます。夜中1時くらいになぜか電気が落ちてしまって、相談したらすぐに整備の方が来てくれて10分以内に解決しました。帰国が23:55くらいの便だったので20:15とかに出ればグラブで向かうと25分くらいで着きます。

櫃台很友善的服務，尤其是最後接送到機場的服務人員Joe Kae Rung，真的很友善熱情的服務。 房間不算新，應該是翻新的，但是打掃的蠻乾淨的，「便宜乾淨是最好的吸引力」，地點也很方便。 稍微可惜的是，房間內的防盜扣被移除，是空的，不知道是不是所有房間都這樣。
