5 stars experience for a 3 stars hotel
Overall it was a pretty nice experience. The staff was ver helpful in giving directions and recommendations. The room was very comfy; though it's classified as three-stars hotel, I'd say they'll do their best to feel you like at five stars experience. Trust me, some of the staff at five-stars hotel wouldn't be that nice to guests. Lucky for us to have picked this one. No regrets whatsoever.

A nice place but with things to be improved
I put DND (do not disturb) sign on the door for a short rest at 2:30PM, but the housekeepers still knocked on the door. I woke up and opened the door, but they couldn’t speak English at all. I could thus only go out and changed to sign to “make up the room”. After I return to the room at 9PM, the room remained uncleared and without new supply of shampoo, shower gel, soap, towels, and drinking water. I thus told the reception, so they could give me part of the supplies while they didn’t have anything. I think the staff did have some space to improve, but the main issues were for the management. 1. I put DND and still get door knocked. I put “make up the room” and still got my room I cleaned (at 2:30PM). There must be management issue. 2. If the housekeepers knock on my door but don’t speak English, I think the management didn’t think about the consequence. 3. The receptionist confirmed to me the housekeeping will be done by 5PM, but my room remained uncleaned after 2:30PM and no management audited it. 4. In the evening, the receptionist told me they didn’t have soap (finally had it after I insisted it) or hand towel, it’s hard to understand the hotel doesn’t expect to be requested of such supplies in the evening. The 2 shower heads (overhead and handheld) both suffered water leak issues.

很适合来曼谷自由行的小伙伴，房间很大，住的很舒服
酒店前台的妹子英文都很好，还有一个中国的妹子。人都很热情，见面都是灿烂的微笑。还会主动帮你叫可以打表的出租车，门口的保安会帮忙把行李拿上车，妹子会帮你和司机沟通好目的地。房间也很干净，有特色，淋浴系统很给力，我住在靠街道的那边，感觉也没有太吵。拖鞋需要自带，如果在房间里Wifi能给力点就更好了。下次有机会来曼谷一定还要住这家！

Jeg og en veninne sov her i 5 netter. Vi elsket oppholdet. Hotellet er rent, pent og basseng området er en deilig oase å slappe av i midt i travle Bangkok. God beliggenhet med gangavstand til khao san road og mange ulike templer. De som jobbet der var veldig hjelpsomme, hyggelige og alltid tilstede. Hotellet virket trygt, rolig og alt i alt veldig bra. Jeg ville gjerne bodd her igjen om jeg skal tilbake til Bangkok. Ambefales på det sterkeste. Det eneste er at sengen er litt hard, men ikke noe som er veldig problematisk.

This hotel is amazing! Exactly how you would picture medium price hotel/villa in the heart of Bangkok. You're in walking distance to a lot of the important things. Do you want to say. Also, I took a bus from the airport to stop and it drop me off a block From the hotel for only ฿50! That's basically $1.50. Staff are super friendly room is beautiful typical amenities great view.

방콕숙소는 무조건 여기!
프론트를 지나면 비밀의 공간 같은 아름다운 전경이 펼쳐지고 수영장과 수영장을 둘러싼 작은 정원이 큰 강점인 숙소입니다. 물론 룸 컨디션도 아주 좋구요. 카오산로드도 도보로 쉽게 갈 수 있는 위치입니다. 근방에 세븐일레븐도 있고 맛집도 많습니다. 무엇보다도 친절한 스텝들 덕에 참 좋은 기억으로 여행을 마쳤습니다. 다음 방콕 여행때도 무조건 여기서 묵을겁니당:)

L'hôtel était propre et agréable. Espace piscine cosy et possibilité de prendre un verre et le petit déjeuner sur place. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue. Pas de gros problème de bruit mais balcon pas franchement agréable du coup. Et de toute façon sans chaise... On déplorera tout de même vraiment un personnel à l'accueil sans grande amabilité et qui n'a su prodigué aucune suggestion de restauration à proximité le jour où nous sommes arrivés et souhaitions rester proche. On nous a même envoyé vers la mauvaise gare routière le surlendemain pour que nous réservions notre ticket de bus... Un peu les boules de payer le taxi et de passer un temps infini dans les bouchons pour rien...

Wir hatten hier einen großartigen Aufenthalt. Wir waren 2 Nächte dort um "in Thailand anzukommen". Großes, sehr schönes Zimmer, zwar zur Straße hin aber das hat kaum gestört. Der begrünte Innenhof mit Pool ist traumhaft schön und eine wahre Oase inmitten der Stadt. Zur kao San road sind es 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es ist ruhig und doch zentral. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr gepflegt. Klare Empfehlung!

I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you can. Bangkok is HOT— and the hotel turns your room’s power (including AC) off when you take your key card out of the slot that turns the power on. The AC unit isn’t strong enough to cool for hours after you return. Additionally we kept getting wafts of sewage. Last, The balcony off the street wasn’t very usable because it’s super busy loud street – – and not very interesting to look out over.

Solid place for a quiet Bangkok stay
Stayed here during our honeymoon, and we enjoyed our stay! In a centrally located area near Khao San Road (about 5min walk), but still far enough to have some peace and quiet. The surrounding is safe, and has a great restaurants on the corner. There's also a few laundromats and many barbershops nearby (in case you need a fresh fade haircut). The hotel staff is very nice, attentive, and made us feel valued. The hotel room was a bit small, but still nice and comfortable. The shower floor tended to flood the rest of the bathroom, think it was due to subpar drainage. However, the wifi was strong, and they kept everything nice and tidy. The bottom floor entryways had a cool and unique key access feature. Overall, we'd recommend this place for a more quiet stay in Bangkok.
