Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Villa Amber Bali. De villa was in 1 woord fantastisch en het personeel (Wayan en Ketut in het bijzonder) heeft ons in de watten gelegd!

Therapeutic

My family love this property. It’s a place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature. The well curated garden with a good mix of low trees, bushes and flowers are to admire while swimming in the infinite pool. The house itself has fun features. I wish we used the billiard room more while playing Motown hits using the built in speakers. The best part are the attentive staff. They have a big heart so please be nice to all of them. Bring EU outlet adapters. Have fun!

Wunderbar. Die Angestellten waren extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war unglaublich delikat. Das Schließen der großen Schiebetür hat uns Probleme bereitet, da sie sehr schwergängig ist (auch zu zweit haben wir es nur mit viel Kraftaufwand geschafft). Einige Kleinigkeiten sind bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommenen oder funktionierten nicht (der Deckenventilator im Wohnbereich ließ sich z.B.nicht aktivieren). Alles in allem ist es aber eine tolle Villa. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Lieben Dank an alle.

Urlaub mit schlechtem Ende

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war eine große Enttäuschung und wurde von zwei schwerwiegenden Problemen überschattet:1. Diebstahl: Uns wurde Bargeld direkt aus unserem Koffer gestohlen! Es ist absolut klar, dass nur das Personal dafür verantwortlich sein kann, da niemand anderes Zugang zur Unterkunft hatte. Dieser Vorfall war für uns eine absolute Katastrophe und hat jegliches Vertrauen in die Sicherheit des Hauses zerstört. Trotz Meldung des Vorfalls wurde keine ernsthafte Untersuchung eingeleitet. Stattdessen wurden wir mit unseren Sorgen allein gelassen, was inakzeptabel ist.2. Umweltverschmutzung: Der Strand, der eigentlich ein Highlight unseres Urlaubs hätte sein sollen, war stark mit Müll verschmutzt. Das Baden war aufgrund des Abfalls unmöglich, und der Zustand der Umgebung war nicht nur enttäuschend, sondern auch ekelerregend. Für eine Unterkunft, die mit der Nähe zum Wasser wirbt, ist das einfach nicht hinnehmbar.Wir können dieses Ferienhaus niemandem empfehlen. Weder die Sicherheit der Gäste noch die Sauberkeit der Umgebung werden hier ernst genommen. Unser Urlaub wurde durch diese Erfahrungen massiv beeinträchtigt, und wir raten dringend davon ab, hier zu buchen.

Without a doubt the stay was perfect. This was our second time to stay in Bali, and we rented a similar Villa last year. I was nervous to change spots, but everything about Amber looked excellent. Beginning with the booking process, communication with Tom and Wendy was excellent. As soon as we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision. Staff - Excellent! The ladies in the house were excellent - the food was always great, and the variety was good. They were always friendly and happy to help! Putu, the house Manager spoke English very well and took care of any details. The gardeners and security guys did a great job making sure the grounds and pool always looked amazing. Additionally, they were present enough to be very helpful, but away enough for privacy. House - Also excellent! The house was in great condition, well furnished and equipped. we love the indoor/outdoor style of the home. A/C was strong in the bedrooms! We spent 90% of our awake time lounging by the pool and on the beach, and both were perfect. Location - While it is a hike from the DPS airport (as is any house on the north side of the island), Lovina and the surroundings are great. It is near-enough to a large supermarket (though perhaps not large by US standards, though they have most of the necessities). Overall, the stay was excellent. The Villa is better than in the pictures, and everything about the stay was as advertised, or better. We had a great time, and will definitely hold this Villa as our top choice when we come back to Bali.

Fijne plek als je verwend wilt worden met veel rust

Wij zijn al vaker op Bali geweest, maar nog nooit zo’n leuk welkom gehad als in Villa Amber. Heerlijk feestelijk drankje, gekoeld handdoekje voor de bezwete reiziger compleet met Balinese muziek. De lieve kookdames doen echt hun best om het hun gasten naar hun zin te maken, dat is prettig. Communicatie met villamanager gaat soepel, komt gewoon kijken als hij zeker wil zijn van je vraag. Zoek je rust en ruimte dan zit je hier prima. Wij gaan naar dit soort villa’s omdat je overdag zo lekker in slaap kunt vallen bij het ruisen van de zee en als je van cultuur houd zit je in deze hoek goed. Ik genoot van de contacten met locale mensen. Vissers halen hier netten met verse vangst op het strand binnen, erg leuk om te zien. Even een taxi vinden moet je wat moeite voor doen. Hier geen online vervoerders toegestaan, maar dat wisten wij. Naast villamanager die je chauffeur is voor een dagje uit zijn er genoeg privé chauffeurs te vinden op internet. Wij deden dat ook op een zondag (vrije dag personeel) en prima ervaring mee. Wij vonden het een erg prettig verblijf en raden het zeker aan.

Traumurlaub!

Wir, eine Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder (15 und 8 Jahre) hatten in dieser wunderschönen Villa mit fantastischem Pool einen entspannten und erholsamem 3 wöchigen Urlaub. Es ist alles wie beschrieben und fasst noch schöner. Danke an Putu und das tolle Taem. Einfach nur zum weiter empfehlen und sicherlich auch gut für das Karma :-) !!! Famile aus Berlin
