Cozy and comfy

Lovely cleverly updated condo. Very well equipped and comfortable. Clean. Comfortable beds. Very relaxing place to vacation. Kids enjoyed pool and coffee station was a bonus.

The Pinnacle Inn is in an ideal location on the top of Beech Mountain. This particular unit had some updates done to it. The thing that could help this unit the most are clear descriptions of the unit and its amenities. The fully stocked coffee bar was not stocked. Had we known to bring pods for the Keurig we could have supplied plenty of coffee for ourselves. There were packs of filter coffee on the kitchen counter, not in the coffee bar area, yet there was not drip coffeemaker to be found. The Roku TV instruction sheet explained how to access cable, yet there was no cable available, the sheet hadn't bee updated. The instruction sheet in the coffee bar said there was bottled spring water under the counter. There was no bottled water. The instructions said there would be bath towels as well as spa towels. The towels were left in the laundry room on top of the washer and dryer. They were thin minimum grade towels and it was not clear if any or all of the towels were to be used for the indoor pool facilities. The washcloths were worn and tattered with one of them being stained. We were provided one hand towel for two bathrooms. There was no soap in either bathroom, luckily we brought a bar with us. The mattress in the primary bedroom definitely needs updating. The floors were sticky in some places and under the bed there was a LOT of dust and trash and even someone's shirt. Overall, this could be a very nice place; better detailed descriptions would be most helpful
The cabinet inside the closet was just a mess.
The closet in the primary was very messy, making you wonder if anything was kept clean and in order.
Towels, tattered washcloths and a stained washcloth.
Under the bed had not bee cleaned in quite some time as evidenced by the shirt that was also quite dusty.
